CASTING DIRECTOR

Rosie was Senior Casting Director at  Chameleon Casting for 9 years. She is currently freelance. Rosie has over 15 years experience in film and television casting, from BlueHeelers to Stingers & reality programming for Channel 9 and 10.

Rosie is a founding and current member of the CASTING GUILD of AUSTRALIA

 

Agent:

Rosie worked for over 5 years as an agent for JM Agency before returning to casting.

​

Throughout her career, Rosie has auditioned thousands of actors, has done street casting, coaxing performance from 1st time actors kids/real folk/models/ex footy players.

Teaching and 1 on 1 Coaching 

During the pandemic, Rosie has taught SELF TESTING & SCREEN ACTING COACHING  at 16th Street , BRAVE STUDIOS, HOWARD FINE, NTDS, FILM & TELEVISION STUDIO INTERNATIONAL. .Over the last 10 years, she has also taught SAS, Verve, Rehearsal Room ACMI and Tafta.

Rosie is an in demand 1 on 1 coach, coaching experienced and developing actors for screen performance.

Rosie is a regular teacher at VCA , teaching DIRECTING STUDENTS the art of casting.

Career:

Rosie started her career as an actor appearing in feature films, television, theatre and in over 30 TVCs. Her training includes the University of Southern Qld & HB studios in NY under Sandy Dennis, The Actors Centre I Sydney and Ellen Burstyn Masterclass.
